This is blend may assist in restoring sleep, relaxing nerves and increasing serotonin levels. Some oils in this blend may act as a sedative and can support in maintaining issues with insomnia and other sleep disturbances.

Fractionated coconut oil, Lavandula angustifolia miller (Lavender),  Anthemis nobilis
(Roman chamomile) and Citrus aurantium var. bergamia (Bergamot)

Storage

Always store in a cool, dry, dark place avoiding any direct sunlight. Keep lid tightly on bottle between usage. Best used within 12 months
